You really don't need much money. Live cheap and make $15 an hour and you would live fine. Heck, you could eat well if you can cook at all. No capable person should be on assistance these days. We are just weakening people to be dependents that will vote for those willing to cater to them. It is that simple.

Shame democrats use people in such a way. They always have and they get away with it. Jim Crow was a democrat of course. Things never change, but they get more sophisticated as they need to. They are winning. Looks bad for our future, so plan accordingly.

It’s cool you choose to live that way. Im sure your long career as a chief toilet scrubber has been an interesting one.

The 15 dollars an hour will be my retirement gig when I choose to greet the less fortunate that can only shop at wal mart.

Much of it is self inflicted many people live in their fears. Many pass up the chance at opportunities to be comfy. I don’t feel bad. Being risk adverse and paranoid gets you nowhere.

There was a very bad project in Fineview as well. Is that still there?

Not sure why you think it is negative. I believe in every individual paying there way. Unless they are retarded or severely handicapped. Other than that people should get some self esteem an work to support themselves. It is the way is should be for all.
The apartment building in question is for seniors. Northview Heights always had a senior high-rise component.

I'm not the project spokesperson. Simply Google Pittsburgh Housing Authority. You can get answers to your questions.

Your thoughts and feelings have nothing to do with Pittsburgh development updates. Get over yourself.

Jim Crow was a Dixiecrat. You know damn well all the democrats flipped to republican in the South as civil rights became reality. Nice try. Most people on government assistance are very white and very rural. No Jobe or opportunities to be had there. Most people on assistance do work. The work performed is not a living wage. These are the people that you depend on daily. Service workers.

Correct and they are using you just like they have from the start. Imagine if they would treat everyone as equal and how far ahead minorities would be if they didn't have to have handouts all the time. Ah, if people could only see the obvious. There are no handouts needed. Everyone is equal and everyone can stand on their own two feet.

It is that simple. It is the handout types that are killing it all.

Look at the Asians. They pulled it off. The Latinos are in control. Why? They just kicked ass.

No sense making an economic argument with someone who made an entire thread, pining that the Pennsylvania economy to be as great as Arkansas or Alabama ( you know, no poor people on assistance there! Neither state is known for chronic poverty, nope, not at all). So I am wondering if its all apartment buildings that are bad, or just ones that attract millennials or "retarded" people.

And yeah, Dixiecrat? They stopped voting Democrat when the Dems shed their racist rhetoric and Nixon and Reagan stepped right in. If anyone thinks either political party resembles the parties they were 60 years I don't what to tell you other than read a book.

And of course no talk of the overwhelming white, broke ass West Virginia. No, they "victims" right?

You are pretty predictable though. All problems can be attributed to anyone that doesn't share your race, your politics or your lifestyle.

I know you aren't supposed to make personal attacks on this forum, but you are a horrible person. Did you not get hugs in real life and decide to take it out on an online forum?
