Nevertheless, you continue to deflect from Jarrys poor showing in the postseason, which is certainly the truth.
The stats disagree with your opinion.

Jarrys stats and play in the postseason are spot on with what I and many others have said. Because of that, you’re deflecting because you don’t want to admit how bad he was, and the proof is that the Pens got bounced in the first round due to his terrible play. Until he proves he can handle the postseason, he’ll carry the moniker and those that don’t want to admit how bad he was will continue to deflect and homer him.

Dude, no one is deflecting. You cannot say "we've never seen" someone play so poor, and then complain when we compare Jarry to recent history. You cannot have it both ways and even if you didn't open that door, literally the only way we can judge players is through context. What a normal person calls context, you call "deflecting".

Let me put it to me this way. Jarry had an .875 save percentage last post season. Without mentioning other players or other statistics (both of which you consider a deflection), explain to me why that is a bad result.

.888 rather, not .875

Except you brought up and deflected to Fleury due to Jarrys terrible postseason.

Except there wasn’t anything to judge. He played terrible, looked like a dullard, and you opened the door because you’re trying to deflect from it because he was the absolute reason they went out in the first round.

Perhaps he’ll have better luck this postseason and you won’t have to continue to deflect from his poor play last season.

The truth is the only way anyone can tell if any player in any sport is playing "poorly" is by comparing him/her to others. Pretty much everyone but you seems to understand that.

I asked you to explain why you thought he was playing poorly without mentioning other players, you didn't because you cannot. Playing "well" or "poor" is entirely relative to history and peers.

When the dullard is backed into a corner, all they can do is lash out illogical ramblings.

The truth is he played terrible, looked like a dullard doing it, and anyone that watched was able to see it, and don’t recall anyone comparing him to Fleury except for here because you’re trying to deflect from it.

Oh I did. I even posted 2 articles that explained it perfectly and the one included a video of a laughable attempt to clear the puck, but I’ll post them again…and these are just of so many wrote about his poor play.

Sigh, again, you are not allowed to complain about MAF being brought up when you said "we've never seen" anyone play so poorly. The Pens were not created in 2021, we have seen goalies play worse, and again, how do you know he played poorly? Context! His save percentage is a meaningless number without context.

Would someone who knows nothing about any sport know that under .900 sv percentage is bad? No
Would someone who only knew about Lacrosse think that a .900 sv percentage is fantastic? Likely

The only reason why we know he played poorly is by comparing him to others. Why you cannot under stand that is beyond me but I think we have exhausted this subject.

“Playoff disaster” is spot on. So many articles saying the same thing.

Sure I am. Show me when Fleury ever played like such a dullard with puck handling?

LMAO. I know because I watched him play, like everyone else did that said how poorly he played…and the Fan was just talking about it today. Difference is that we don’t watch as homers.

Love the continued deflection.

Nah, we know he played poorly because it was very easy to see, and why those that didn’t watch him like a homer wrote so many articles and talked so much about his poor play afterwards.
