We are blaming the wrong people. The fault belongs to bike lane bill, guy costa and city council.

Absolutely. It’s pure incompetence on their parts, and what’s funny is how folks want to throw more money to these clowns without even knowing numbers, what exactly the money is going to be used for, etc…, thinking it’s going to fix everything. There should be a long investigation into what the powers that be are exactly doing with it when and where.
