Can anyone recommend a place that I can bring my dog during the day while I am at work? Or does anyone do dog sitting in their own home?

If you're open to someone who comes to your house to exercise and care for the dog, we have a wonderful pet sitter. We've used her for several years now when we travel and she's terrific -- the pets love her and when we come back from a long trip they don't seem starved for affection at all. Friends we've referred to her have been similarly happy.

There's also a place in Point Breeze called King of Pet Care that does some boarding. A friend has used them before and she's been pleased. But I don't know if they do everyday care.
