Maybe I didn't notice it, but I don't recall cartons or gallons of iced tea being available in the dairy case of the grocery store anywhere else that I've lived. There was Snapple, but nothing like Turners. But generally, if you wanted iced tea, you made it.
Turners, Deans, Swiss, Mmmmmm..... I'm one of those guys once in a while, I like my cushy sales rep job I have right now though Funny that you mentioned this, when I lived in NC I didn't notice the cartons of iced tea either.

Colteryahns and Turkey Hill are the brands at CoGos next to my house. They now have green tea with ginseng and honey iced tea in a half gallon carton for those trendy contractor and landscaper types.

There is a possibility we will be moving to Belle Vernon (never been there). Can anyone tell me about the area? Do you like living there? Things to do? Must see and do things in the surrounding areas? Thanks for your help and Happy Thanksgiving!

Since it was brought up on this thread, I specifically checked at my local grocery store, and they do sell these cartons of iced tea. I don't remember the brands, don't buy it like that. They also have iced tea in vending machines here, "here" meaning Colorado.

I can't believe anybody anywhere thinks they live in the only place that has cartons of iced tea for sale.

Next topic: Pittsburgh has this awesome place to eat. It's called McDonald's...

You inquired about hospitals in Pittsburgh. You have 3 level 1 trauma centers, UPMC Presbyterian, UPMC Mercy, and Allegheny General Hospital. There are basically two major health systems in the city, UPMC and West Penn Allegheny. Each one of the 3 trauma centers get their fair share of GSWs and MVAs. Due to their location in the city, they all have "rough" neigborhoods nearby that supply them with their fair share of action.

I work at Allegheny General and handle all the incoming ambulance reports and paging of the trauma and stroke teams. If you have any other questions in regards to the hospitals in Pittsburgh, feel free to ask me.
