Funny how you resort to insults as soon as your lies are exposed.
You think the General is in hot water because he loves the Administration's take on this war? What a fluke. Leave it to you to come to the conclusion that Obama, by sending troops at McChrystals request, was the end-all, be-all answer to a "strategy." It didn't stop there. Apparently the strategy beyond last November is not sitting well with the General. And guess who that comes from? The Obama Administration.

Read the *****n article and come to your own conclusion. And if you consider "shallow" an insult, no wonder you have no feel for war and strategy. You're too busy crying in the corner over nothing to have a grasp on anything of magnitude.

As you can see to my reply a little earlier, I'm not questioning his job or his ability to do it. He's a smart guy, but an idiot all in the same b/c he knows he shouldn't have made the comments but kind of went at with a "I don't give a crap attitude" and now he's regretting it even though he knew he shouldn't have said anything of that context going in.

I have read the article and I have read the articles about the strategy discussions so I know McCrystal got what he asked for. You seem hell bent to make this about Obama, but it is not about him, nor is it about the war strategy, which is McCrystal's strategy. This is about his comments about Biden, who opposed the generals plan, and this is about all the other people he insulted, but he didn't' insult the president.

So, again, show us what he said about the strategy. It doesn't seem that he said much about it. But then again, it is his own plan, so why would he. Show his words, and point out what he said about the strategy.

Yes, comments like "you're too busy crying in the corner" are insults. And very childish at that. Grow up!

It's true though.

Somebody screwed up our economy from the start and it wasn't Obama am I right?

McChrystal probably agrees with you.

Ah, another hysterical birther. Lovely. The only people dangerous are those who have the type of views you're espousing.

What do you think he's going to do? I mean, you can hate the guy all you want, but do you really fear him? Dangerous how? Do you think he's going to nuke America or something? How was he raised to dislike America? You do know he grew up in Hawaii, right?

Too bad that is not THIS General's job. HIS job is to prosecute and execute the tactical and strategic efforts to win the war against the counter-insurgency in Afghanistan. The strategy that he pushed Obama to pursue and that he is experienced in. Something MacChrys obviously has failed to grasp, and will now pay the price for.

The Generals on the ground (LOL..) are fighting the wars, the theater commander IS NOT A FRONT LINE field officer. HIS job IS to be the point man and to make sure the Administrations efforts (which are his efforts) and the NCA's orders are carried out and executed.

That is his job.

What is wrong with someone telling the truth anymore?

We all know Obama is totally incompetent about making good sound decisions and the General knows it as well.

Watch Obama closely as he is treading some deep water here.

McCrystal is an American hero and if Obama steps on him, it will turn the entire military against Obama. If he does the wrong thing, OBAMA will cause us to lose both wars and the war on terror.

The ball is in Obamas court, lets see if he screws it up.
Wow, more obvious ranting w/out knowledge. The military understands...that MacChrys spewed it, stepped in it, and now has to answer for it. They understand unity of command, and respect it.

It's only those who hate the Commander-in-Chief who don't.

If McChrystal is to be fired, it should be because the White House thinks the relationship between its military and civilian elements in Afghanistan is important to the mission and needs fixing, or because it wants to shift directions in Afghanistan and a change of military leadership would be the best way to make it happen.
