[LEFT]A trial attorney with the Department of Justice’s Voting Rights Section has resigned, citing concerns about the government’s refusal to prosecute a case involving voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party. A letter of resignation obtained by The Washington Examiner from a former Justice Department employee makes clear DOJ has refused to allow attorneys in the Voting Rights Section to testify before the congressionally-chartered bipartisan U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, despite subpoenas that could result in their being held in contempt.

Heck- they were just the black panthers preventing any non-Obama supporters from voting. What is the big deal?
Of course, this president is the most corrupt to ever hold office and really does not care about voter intimidation and tinkering with elections.
It really begs the question as to what will happen on 2012. Realizing he cannot possibly win re-election, will Obama call out ACORN and the black panthers to disrupt legal elections around the US then? I think we have a real possibility of that.
It is the action of an AG who in his life previous to joining the Obama administration, defended terrorists on US soil.
Intimidation of voters with weapons at the polling place is an act of domestic terror, IMO. Holder doesn't believe in convicting terrorists thus he drops the case.
I really have no idea how Holder still has a job. He's a lame duck who prosecutes the wrong things and refuses to prosecute the obvious slam-dunk cases such as this... wants to try terrorists in NYC without any plan as how feasibly do that... wants to sue the State of Arizona. When does the madness end? Must we wait until 2013? Ugh.

Why would the obama justice department want to protect the Blank Panthers?
