Just a simple answer will suffice. I've given it considerable thought and I believe it is George W. Bush. But only by the tiniest of margins.

Thats a tuff one. But I do believe G.W. Bush showed signs of having a brain when he marginalized Cheney towards the end of his administration. Also adapting to the financial crisis with the bailout was a smart move. (I dont agree with it) But the economic royalists had a gun to head of the American economy and G.W. dropped his free-market ideology in order to make sure he tossed that hot potatoe to Obama lol. I think Palin is so stupid she would stick to he letter of her ideology despite the fact things arent always black and white.

Maybe they're trying to speak your language in true bipartisan spirit.
