Even if they are here illegally? As it stands, we currently foot the bill to educate millions of children here illegally every year. It does put a financial and physical strain on our schools, especially when the kids don't even speak English and require additional assistance because of that.

No. Public schools shouldn't carry this burden, it's really unfair to everyone.

This is yet another way illegals are a huge drain on our resources.

Statistics prove that going to full day kindergarten will decrease ones likelihood of ending up in prison. Is it fair to US citizens? Not really.
I would rather pay the $6,000 a year to educate an illegal, hoping that they become a productive member of our society(hello dream act) than spend $50,000 a year to put them in prison.

I'd rather pay for them to go home. But if we don't educate them then put them in prision I guess it might be a deterrent from even coming here in the first place.

In some areas the schools LITERALLY can't take it anymore.

Fair enough but I'd rather deport them back to their home country. I just don't think it's our responsibility to foot the bill for educating every person who illegally crosses our borders.

HELL no. We would save more money deporting them than educating them. Let Mexico educate them.

The more I think about it the more I feel that cutting them off at the schools could be the best deterrent there is.
