again, that video was edited to show what the private wanted it to show. the full video was later released by the military, and it shows that most of the people killed were in fact carrying weapons like AK47's and RPG's, and they were all dresses in civilian clothing. this wasnt a war crime.

You have no evidence to suggest that would be the case. Riots would take place on the streets and many military and LE officials would die senselessly as a result.

the video does not show that. it shows americans killing people, which is what they do a lot of in gunships. that is what soldiers do. its not club med.
Actually a service member is allowed to question an order if they feel it is wrong. was taught that in basic. if a service member is given an order that goes against morals or against the uniform code of military justice they are supposed to question it, and have the right to refuse said order
