I personally dont care. Its their business and they should be able to run it like they chose too. If they want to have Muslim Day, have at it. I think there is a lot of hypocrisy from the Left on this but other than that, businesses should be able to do stuff like this. Just like they guy in Philly who only takes orders in English. Its their business, let them run it their way and do things like this if they chose.

Yes, of course.

As long as they don't exclude people on the basis of religion, they can market to whoever they like. Now if they were in the business of housing, the Fair Housing Act would probably prevent them from doing such targeted marketing.

But in the absence of such a law, it's their First Amendment right (subject to discrimination laws) to market to whomever they want.
