No, and I've been to 6 other countries since he was inaugurated. There have been some people who have been against his policies, but discuss it in an adult manner without blatantly insulting the man.
Don't forget that most people, both here and overseas, are polite. If you were at a restaurant in your hometown and knew the next table over was a couple visiting from, say, Iran, would make fun of Iran within earshot? I would hope not.
Well it's happened in the past. I was in Europe during the Nixon era and was frequently told (especially by the French) that he was horrid. No one was polite about it, either.
I live in Europe and travel extensively and talk to a lot of people and I've not experienced negativity about Obama at all.
After Bush, it's been a collective sigh of relief throughout the world, from what I see.
My coworkers and I are quite relaxed around each other and we talk politics here and there, but there's no negativity expressed about the man.
There is some questioning about his policies (I do that, too).
You don't understand how the world felt about Bush and his arrogance.
Anything after Bush would be/is a positive experience.
