With all the time and money wasted by our administration passing a healthcare reform law (LOL) they neglected to include tort reform. TX recently passed Tort Reform and malpractice insurance dropped 45%. I guess we can't expect DC to reduce tort when most of them are lawyers looking out for themselves.
