NOPE! He caused NONE of those things.
He was however responsible for the response to them, or lack of.
And IF you really want to start holding the POTUS responsible for the passenger manifest and behavior on every domestic airline flight let's talk about September 11, 2001.
Unless, they Pakistani's were coming to Central Command unannounced? I would think not, so I blame the administration for this flop.
Actually I think this is GREAT NEWS. Pakistan is NOT the friend of the United States. When a nation is using its intelligence service to aid and abet your enemy. THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND. We are playing this BS game with Pakistan to allow our special operators to take out terrorist in Pakistan. I have to wonder would the United States be better served telling Pakistan FU and start taking the fight directly to Taliban and Al Qaeda strongholds in the tribal lands of Pakistan.

He was not responsible until both the Mayor of NO and the Governor of LA ASKED for his help. Place the blame where it belongs.
The mayor DID NOT order the evacuation in time.
He was however responsible for the response to them, or lack of.

Who took care of the people after the Great Galveston Hurricane?
Worse destruction and loss of life...
Who took care of the people after the San Francisco Earthquake that leveled San Fran?
Help was there faster and in more quantity and quality than any Government run disaster relief, EVER.
So you're saying what? That there shouldn't be any improvement in disaster relief over the course of a century?
You don't get it! Seriously
Look what was done without any Government involvement what so ever.
People help their neighbor. People rebuilt, with everyone helping everyone else. Everyone had a choice to help or get out of the way.
Now, everyone relies on the Government to come save everyone. We are getting to that place in time, where all our eggs are going to be in one basket. Where government becomes your GOD and savior.
