Hey get a hint, it was FIVE HUNDRED YEARS AGO! We have matured and grown up a lot since then. However the Muslims HAVE NOT. You know there's more than 1 billion Muslims in the world? And liberals always like to say just because 1% are radicals, doesn't mean the other 99% are. Well what's 1% of 1 billion? That's right, TEN MILLION. And the radicals all are not terrorists, most of them just want Sharia law. That's 10,000,000 Muslims, minimum that want to install Sharia law in the West.

I see hope as long as France is fighting back. I don't believe all is yet lost there though it will be tough to halt the progression.

Radical Islamist represent just a small part of the Islamic faith. Stop drinking from the Kool-Aid of hate, fear, ignorance, and bigotry. They can’t even get people elected in predominately Islamic countries. It is an ideology that preys on the fear, ignorance, hate and bigotry of Muslims.
You need to talk to some Nigerians - ask them what the Muslims are doing to their country. Talk to some Hindus in India.
There is no "radical" Islam, it's all just "Islam". Muslims sort of recognize sects such as Sunnis and Shiites - but they are all just as radical as the other. Islam really does not have separate denominations, any Muslim will tell you that - it's all one big ideology.
Just like the 9-11 plane hijackers - all Muslims are considered moderate until they hijack the plane or strap bombs onto themselves to blow up innocent students in a Jewish coffee shop.
There is nothing special about the USA in the mind of Islamics. It's not more special than Iran or Indonesia, or the Sudan or Nigeria. In fact they despise the USA most of all, second only to Israel that is.
As one who was away from this thread for some hours may I suggest that everyone here read from the beginning to this point in it. It is so easy to see that all those who want to blame Christianity for things while supporting Muslims are in a group and the rest of us in another.
Liberals refuse to see that those nations of Europe are being overrun by Muslim immigrants and that they continue to have less than 2 children per family while Muslim families continue to have 8 children per male even if it takes more than one woman for the family.
Only a fool refuses to see that they will take over from sheer numbers of voters in democratic countries. The Muslim Brotherhood came in force to the United States in the 60s and have been working with a myriad of Muslim organizations that are all members of the Brotherhood. They have been working to take over this nation from the inside without terrorists or any kind of force. Paris is proof of what they are accomplishing here now. They are some time away but they are getting there.
On September 11 there will be a non-mosque rally in New York City and Geert Wilders, a Dutch politician, will be the main speaker at the rally. Wilders is the one who we learned last week had had a fatwa issued, literally on his as the guy said to cut it off, and although he is gaining strength with his political group in the Netherlands I can see an attempt being made on his life in NYC.
Stupidity that is running rampant among the left these days makes me wonder. 'They really seem to think that they can use the Muslim question to take over our government and then deal with the Muslims. Nope, I say to them, when they show no desire to fight the Muslims now. Plus no one is trying to allow in millions of Spanish Inquisitors - it's a stupid argument the liberals have when they bring that one up.
The Spanish Inquisition WAS the Islamic influence on Spain which was held captive for 700 years. As Spain reverted back to Chrisitianity, the Inquistion faded away.
