That group is just frustrated that the rest of the country is involved in a major dispute that has nothing to do with them. This is their way of saying "Remember us? We're still here!"
Yeah, we remember. And the smarter people among us aren't going to be suckered into anything Westboro does. They play a game where they stand just a small margin off of the line hoping that we will be the ones who cross it while they technically, ie- legally, do not. This is a group that I would say can go ahead and burn whatever they want. Nothing they do or say has any merit, and anything they possess would be better off going up in flames anyway. Once they touch something, it's garbage.
