Don't they realize they would easily win in the November elections if they stopped pandering to the Right Wing Nuts? The Independents and Moderates agree with most Republican policy but can't vote for the party in good faith due to the extremist social policies it often harbors. And what are the Right Wing nuts going to do if their social policies are not honored.....vote for Democrats???

They might get a slight boost with their up and run so far right, into an also fascist state for now, thought it will ultimately lead to their complete collapse giving democrats years, if not decades of control until they realize their wrongs and regroup to a 50's style moderate party they use to be.

Hmm, could you please post the poll(s) you are using to come up with this conclusion, because everyone I've seen so far indicate a bloodbath in November.

THANK YOU. I have been saying this for years. Dump the dead weight and we will gain so much more credibility and people will flock to this party. Do you know how many people I know won't vote for our policies because we're associated with religious right idiots?!

BS. The dems are composed are far more radical wing nuts than the few, if any, in the republican party. The OP has zero credibility as long as the left is largely made up of moonbats and loons.

Why doesn't Democrat party exorcise the wing-nuts? Which actually would get rid of many.

Sounds like that is what is happening in the Left Wing. Those nuts think we want socialist programs and jam it down out throats. Most Americans are just off of center leaning right. I can relate more to what the far-right feel. I cannot relate to making this a socialist country. Americans don't follow the extreme of anything so just because the left wing is trying to show they are centrist, the American people know that they are not. So, it doesn't work when you say one thing and then mean the total opposite, the extreme right, i know where they stand. Of course if the extreme right is fiscally conservative, will reduce the deficit, and follow conservative values on smaller government. I would have to go with them, even if I don't follow other issues.

True democrats need to take their party back.
