Is the government making plans to confiscate your retirement money? The Obama administration is certainly exploring the idea.

This question no longer seems far-fetched when the group-thinkers in Washington unabashedly promote a doctrine of wealth redistribution and central planning. These Keynesian socialists know they will need vast new sources of revenues to fund their relentless spending binges to "transform" this nation. A logical next step would be to legitimize the confiscation of private retirement assets -- an idea that was contemplated in the recent past by the Clinton administration.

Talk about theft at gun point by the federal government! Wonder how many people will pull out all their principal and consider taking the tax hit on the earnings prior to such a move by this administration? It is something I'd be considering seriously.

I wonder if they'll be stealing what is left over in my health savings account once Obamacare is implemented too?

I will tell you this is one thing that does scare me on numerous fronts.
First I have always been diligent in socking away money into my 401k, Roth etc. Of course it is not fair to punish people who have enough foresight and restraint to put away for a rainy day while others spend every penny they make plus charge up what they don't!

But it scares me on another front because I actually think this would push many people over the edge and would cause a revolt!

Now this could be a good thing or a bad thing. I know I would fight it with everything I have.

Of course if Obama did this he would never get reelected.

If the moonbats keep control of Congress coming out of the midterms this will happen.

Justifiably so.

So predicatable, attack the media outlet but cannot disprove the validity of the content.

There is no content. There's only speculation, supposition and paranoia, which is typical of the poorly named American "Thinker".

One of the best "Chicken Little" peices I've read in the last 24 hrs. Grammer and structure were flawless and well organized. Presentation was excellent in it's ability to sway the uninformed, ignorant masses and rally the antis to the cause of fear. It is the finest example of polishing a tu#d till it shines with a light of illusionary truth. Like a toxic M&M to be devoured by the right wing masses. Next, Obama hires Gypsy pick pockets to steal your wallets while you sleep.
