my favorite was Jurassic Park too my street in the '80's was tore up by the county due to flooding/poor storm water drainage, and there was a bulldozer, crane and steamroller outside my home for months...I called my neighborhood "Jurassic Park" back then
PS I am very sorry for your family's tragic events, and for not saying this sooner
oh, i didn't mean to make it seem like any of my family died overseas. i've just had a few of them that were deployed several times. that alone can be pretty scary, though
all i meant by listing those events is that many of them caused some major changes in society, and that today's kids aren't growing up in the same world i did
what is the point of this thread? so what if you were born in the 80s? dont want to be called a kid well it seems all older people refer to those who are younger than themselves a kid believe me when you get to a certain age you'll appreciate being called a kid lol. but becareful what you say about older men, your gonna be one soon enough
i wonder if older men just hate me because i'm young and beautiful
...anyway, i grew up with the cosby show, does that make me old? lol. how about the fact that nowadays, there are some weekends where i would just rather enjoy some relaxing peace and quiet and going to bed early instead of going out?
Brian Regan's stand-up act last nite on David Letterman, perfect description of aging
