Why does the story not mention whether the officer who gave orders to destroy evidence is going to be prosecuted?

Death by pigs is slower than by lions. Lions like to go for a death swipe with the paw or bite to the neck or head. Pigs will bite all over randomly.

The lead defense attorney, John Galligan, has left open the possibility he might mount an insanity defense, yet he blocked a mental evaluation of his client a week before the hearing, saying that Major Hasan was not given enough notice....

ROFL..not given enough notice to prepare to be declared crazy ????
There was also another motion filed by that defense attorney to stop the victims from talking. The judge gave the attorney til midnight to file a good reason why. Guess he couldn't come up with one because they ARE talking.

This will drag out and more than likely he'll claim insanity and be put away.
