ROFL..not given enough notice to prepare to be declared crazy ????
There was also another motion filed by that defense attorney to stop the victims from talking. The judge gave the attorney til midnight to file a good reason why. Guess he couldn't come up with one because they ARE talking.
This will drag out and more than likely he'll claim insanity and be put away.
