I say, HELL YES!! This guy deserves a slow, painful, drawn-out, excruciatingly long death. I hope he goes right from the courtroom to a death chamber with no appeals.
Let's not make this about religion. Take it completely off the table. And I only say that because his religion has a lot to do with why this matter is even being questioned.
Someone went onto an ARMY BASE and MURDERED in COLD BLOOD 14 people including AN UNBORN CHILD. It's gonna be the death penalty. Who cares what religion or nationality or whatever he was. You dont' do something like that. I bet a lot of those people just came back from a tour in Iraq or something and seeing their buddies get shot on their own country's soil is the last thing they needed. It's just so cruel and wrong. I don't care what Hasan was going through, there were other ways to express your desire to not go to Afghanistan. I would have rather him kill himself, even though the loss of a life is always sad.

Are you saying it won't be the death penalty? If this guy doesn't get executed, I'll have lost what little faith I have in our country's criminal justice (should be victim justice) system.
