Don't ask me. But I am not lying anyways.Well, they have this child credit thing. a thousand bucks per child. Then it might be some money for being poor. I see this alot living in Memphis though.

The ID thing would be too hard to do I think. One of my close friends is on food stamps but doesn't have a car. I often to go the store for her when I go (in exchange she watches my son so I don't have to drag him to the store) i use her card to pay for her food. I did this for my grandmother and a couple of older people in our neighborhood before I went away to college. As long as you have the PIN they don't ask for anything else.

Although
with WIC they did allow you up to two authorized signers; their names would be listed on the paper they gave you and they had to show their ID to sign the check so I guess it is possible and if you want the food bad enough, you'll make it work.

How much you get back is more a function of how much you pay than it is a function of how much you make.

You could have you entire salary withheld then you'd get tens (or hundreds or whatever) of thousands of dollars back

Of course it'd make a lot more sense to set it up so you have less taken out so you'd get less back

[on topic]
people who don't need food stamps for food shouldn't get food stamps. They are taking money away from other food stamp users who need it, and tax payers who contribute to the system
