Again...can't ignorant regresives at least READ????
Quote:
The father, Johnathon Irish, told WND that the affidavit signed by Child Protective Service worker Dana Bicford seeking government custody of newborn Cheyenne said the agency "became aware and confirmed that Mr. Irish associated with a militia known as the 'Oath Keepers.'"
Unless you are a complete moron, you would understand that Dana Bicford doesn't give a damn what kind of regresive agenda the Oarthkeeprs stand for... She probably didn't even research into their ignorant ways...instead she simply deemed them a violent gun touting militia and another reason why the children were at jepardy. Don't get me wrong, i don't favor the state having to take care of these children... that family should be forced to pay for the care of the children. apperantly they're not even married for christ's sake! they are breaking god's law...which is higher than the constitution *end sarcasm*(sarcasm began at breaking god's law)
also the family has a history so stop giving half-truths that support your ignorant agenda regresives!!
The children were not removed from custody yet. The domestic violence charges are not proven yet either.
Wrong, read the article. The children are with a foster family right now thus the charges were proven. The mother would rather have her violent hubby than her children.
They listed it as a reason. It's there in black and white. The government discredited themselves the second they put that in there (and mistakenly called it a militia).
The children were not removed from custody yet. The domestic violence charges are not proven yet either. There's the issue of an ex trying to stir up trouble. The firearms charge is bogus seemingly and anyways, not a legitimate reason for taking children away.
See, I'm not willing to fall easily for character assassination by the government. They do it everytime they have some person in their sights and often they just spout lies and make false charges.
Ok, I wasn't going to deal with the Oath Keepers because independently there is enough to go on without it. But what the hell.
It is a militia.
The domestic violence charges were proven, hence the domestic violence class. In this he was non-compliant. See, apparently, there was more than one time that the police were called for domestic violence. He has a criminal history with the courts.
2. And this is big, domestic violence and firearms are not a good mix. He could have resolved all of that, had he finished the class. He chose not to. The case could have already been resolved had they completed the plan.
3. New Hampshire must be one of those states where if the children have been removed from the home due to abuse and neglect---and after 22 months it must have been substantiated---then they can pick up the newborn. Those children have been gone for 22 months. They weren't taken away recently.
If you want to runaround with a group of paranoid people, many of them have already taken an oath to uphold the constitution and utilize propaganda so be it. But don't beat your girlfriend, refuse to comply and then run and hide behind said paranoid people for your cause.
Wrong, read the article. The children are with a foster family right now thus the charges were proven.
Eh, no, that is not how things work. If the social worker wants to and can get a judge to sign off on it, they will take the children first and sort out the facts later. You evidently do not have much experience or knowledge of CPS.
The children and the infant were not taken because the parents belong to the Oathkeepers. They were taken because the father is batsh*t violent, abused the kids and the mom didn't give enough of a damn to kick his sorry arse out.
Wrong, read the article. The children are with a foster family right now thus the charges were proven. The mother would rather have her violent hubby than her children.
Okay, what I read was a final decision has not been made, after several months. According to this article, the mother says a caretaker abused the kids: Couple: Baby Taken Because Of Oath Keepers - Boston News Story - WCVB Boston (http://www.thebostonchannel.com/news/25351796/detail.html - broken link)
