Folks, I heard some news today about the possible fate of our new health care "reform" law. That news is confirmed in a link I found, which is below. And this could be a big break for those of us concerned about certain items within that law. A federal judge's ruling is setting up the possibility of challenges by different states, all of which could be effectively bringing an end, ultimately, to this bogus health care "bill" that had been passed earlier.

Take a look.

Several judges have opened up several challenges. Somewhere along the line they will be merged, but at the current point, there are dozens of challenges taking place..

What excites me the most is that this could end up in the Supreme Court's hands, and it has largely to do with constitutional provisions and implications. First, the states have to plead their cases. Barry will have no say in this matter.
