It's a crock of crap is what that decision is.

They're not denying voting rights based on "race or color". If you're not a citizen you shouldn't be able to vote, PERIOD.

Ah, yes! The super-liberal Ninth Circuit is at it again!

Of course, it probably shouldn't be mentioned that of the 47 judges on that court, 21 of them are appointed by Republican Presidents and they include John Bybee, the Bush administration lawyer who wrote the infamous "Bybee Opinion," which made the Constitutional case for torturing prisoners.

Ya just kain't get more "liberal" than that, can ya?
