Advertisements

What a bunch of weenies.
1. An ADVERTISEMENT is not news.
2. They are allowed to accept which ADVERTISEMENTS they sell air time to. The word here being SELL.

3. MSNBC won't air 'controversial' gun ad - Ben Smith - POLITICO.com

4. CBS refuses to air gay dating site

5. 'Narrow'-minded ABC refuses to air ad with buxom babe, clothing line claims - NYPOST.com

6. During Healthcare 'Special' ABC Refuses Paid Ads That Oppose Obamacare | NewsBusters.org

It has nothing to do about fair/balanced etc etc ad nauseum. It's about selling air time to advertisers who they choose.

Been checked for rabies?

No surprise, really, but it's further evidence that Fox News is not fair and balanced, as they like to proclaim.
There's your topic for the week I wonder what's on the menu for next week . Don't you just hate having the right to air what you want and don't want? I want MSNBC to air an ad in support of DADT, but that would just fall on deaf ears But it's ok for them to not air that ad. Because it's a liberal network and free speech only applies to liberals

NBC has refused to air PETA's ads on numerous occasions, including one they were willing to pay A TON of money for during Superbowl. Does that mean NBC supports animal abuse? No, it means they have other things they would rather put on there. That may be a straw man argument there but you get my drift.

Fox has every right to choose which ads it puts on the air. And like someone else mentioned, why are liberals boycotting the companies that sponsor Glenn Beck? That's okay, but it's not okay for Fox to not accept an ad for repealing DADT?

A rep to you.....

You added some common sense to the usual liberal BS.

Seems the left only has an issue if its an ad they want and its Fox News. If msnbc or stations that is considered leaning to the left doesnt run an ad thats fine. Who cares, The left can do whatever but darn it Fox News must do as we say

I don't why you keep repeating that lie. Eliminating DADT will not result in gays being banned entirely from the military.

Everything short of Pravda is more fair and balanced then Fox though. Fox is literally nothing but propaganda while everything else at least has some journalistic standards.

If you were familiar with the UCMJ, you would understand, that eliminating DADT without changing the UCMJ and current Military Policy, (which requires an act of congress), will result in the immediate dismissal from active duty all homosexual servicemembers.

This is current by at least 2006, additionally, check out article 125 of the UCMJ.

Repeal of DADT will result in the dismissal of homosexual servicemembers, whether YOU believe so or not.
