I don't care which president started it, who wrote it or who expands it. It is ALL BAD! I'm surprised Repugs have such issue with Obama since he it largely continuing their policies plus a few of his thrown in.... ( Heath care was pretty much written by Repugs so that isn't all his he just got it done.

As to war he continues and expands it. as to spending little change there., odd how there was not even a whimper when Bush spent at epic rates...

Does it really matter who is promoting the dismembering of the Constitution? Doesn't it all end the same way? Why don't both parties stand together on restoring the Republic? Seems neither has much interest in that idea.

you can thank obama for that, as well as the ability to monitor all your phone calls, foreign and domestic, on obama. during the bush years, the government couldnt read emails with out a court order, and they could only monitor phone calls coming to or going out of this country.

Actually, Repubs might have a problem with it, but since Bush signed it, they don't wanna denigrate it too much. If Obama had passed the Patriot Act, the apoplexy from Repubs would've reached epic proportions.
really? republicans didnt seem to have much a problem when obama resigned the patriot act with new expansions put in by democrats.
