That's why. It's government handouts that reward people who can't afford to have children to have them. Each child brings in more handouts and keeps the benefits rolling in.
And these rewards are now offered to the whole world - it's catching on quickly that all one needs to do is get to the USA before the baby is all the way out the birth canal and the family will never need to worry about working again.
And think about it - you're a 16 year old girl who is sick of school and has no desire to get out and find a job and work at menial jobs all your life. What to do? Suck it up and stay in school or find that menial job and work hard the rest of your life? Or find some guy to impregnate you and it's like you've won the lottery. Free housing, free hospital care, free pediatrician, WIC, food stamps, even cash handouts -- they really do pay you to lay around and have babies. Utilities will be paid, most likely you'll have cable television, certainly will have a cell phone - all free. Free babysitting at the Head Start center when you want to go shopping for the day or just lay around in front of the television.
What's more, your boyfriends can live free in your government provided housing and that will give you a certain appeal with the opposite sex.
Oh, c'mon, while part of what you say may be true, I see just as many people from all races doing this thing. One has to get a license to drive a car, but just spread one's legs for a baby. Sorry, but true.

He wasn't talking about races. He was talking about people who are not citizens of this country, who aren't even here legally, having babies not only to get the government handouts but also they can use these children to demand their easy citizenship.
Big difference between ethnic groups of Americans and people who are not Americans coming here for the welfare handouts. Even if we could provide this welfare life to our own people, no way can we be the welfare office of the entire world.

I've worked professionally with these populations. Trust me, most are white dragging their kids from DV shelter to DV shelter. As to their political affiliation, I have no clue. What I DO know is that I am a liberal.

Illegal aliens are not people of the USA, they are citizens of other nations who choose to break the laws of this country because they have no respect for a legal immigration process. That's all it means. American citizens can be brown people - or black people or any color people - you are confusing citizenship with race.
