There is no constitutional protection. Not even the Supreme Court says you are entitlted to protection, even if the police are present.

Court Says No Protection Required

The flaw in your argument is that cant discuss revoking something that doesnt exist in the first place..

And I never said he was guilty, only saying that her past doesn't excuse the assault against her, which is shown on the videotapes and unarguable.

Where was the assault?

What you saw and what I see if different.

I see him trying to hold her down and his foot slips.

You are correct, the videotape shows her charging the candidate with the intent to cause harm, unarguable right?

So now you are defending a terrorist criminal?

Goodness.

Where is this arrest record? After I googled her record and after three pages of right wing web sites this is the only neutral site I could find.

We've learned Valle, who is from Massachusetts and recently graduated from Columbia University, was arrested in Louisiana for spray painting a message on a ship and refusing to leave the ship during the BP oil spill.

Also I don't think she is a felon, yet, as that case has not been heard in court.

I am not on trial and do not have to produce to you anything.

I produce plenty of evidence over and over and of course you and others go away like little busy bees from the thread real quick.

Use it. You are claiming she not only was charged but convicted. YOU prove it.

I don't believe it either, not one shred of proof has been offered so far. And it really doesn't matter anyway, she could have been a convicted felon and it still doesn't give someone the right to stomp on her head for no reason.

It is astounding that some people think something like her politics or past actions actually matters when the video shows the guy stomping on her head while she is being held down.

She is puffing hot air, or maybe hot smoke, she can't prove it.
