I can't find anything in my copy of the Bill of Rights that says constitutional protections can be revoked if you alter your appearance or carry a sign without approved content. You must have a special tea party version.
There is no constitutional protection. Not even the Supreme Court says you are entitlted to protection, even if the police are present.
She is a felon and has DOMESTIC TERRORIST charges on her record along with other arrest history.
So now you are defending a terrorist criminal?
Goodness.
* But it was ok for her to attack the candidate with a sign according to you?
Where is this arrest record? After I googled her record and after three pages of right wing web sites this is the only neutral site I could find.
We've learned Valle, who is from Massachusetts and recently graduated from Columbia University, was arrested in Louisiana for spray painting a message on a ship and refusing to leave the ship during the BP oil spill.
I'm still waiting for something other than your say so that she has a criminal record, but I'm having my doubts that she actually does.
I don't believe it either, not one shred of proof has been offered so far. And it really doesn't matter anyway, she could have been a convicted felon and it still doesn't give someone the right to stomp on her head for no reason.
It is astounding that some people think something like her politics or past actions actually matters when the video shows the guy stomping on her head while she is being held down.
Use it. You are claiming she not only was charged but convicted. YOU prove it.
She is puffing hot air, or maybe hot smoke, she can't prove it.
