Actually, I think the whole point of this thread is the fact that someone did stop her from speaking and carrying her sign. By knocking her down and stomping on her head.

You guys need to brush up on what the 1st Amendment actually covers.
No wonder the anti-Tea Party types are anti-Tea Party. They don't even have the most basic grasp of what their rights actually are. If they did, they'd probably switch sides.
The guy never should have put his foot on her but honestly he did not stomp her head he will recieve some punishment for being stupid, she is an activist with a record of protests, she knew what she was doing and she is 24 years old. I'm sure she is satified that it worked out well for her.

Ahh no.. someone stopped her from carrying a sign where she wished.. No one stopped her from carrying a sign..
So these photos of the young lady hanging off a ship are reason enough to give a bully like Profitt carte blanche to physically attack her while she was already restrained by three other men?
Ms. Valle isn't the one on trial here, by the way.
Sigh...
Pay attention. I haven't taken a position on whether Paul's colleague is innocent or guilty - that's for a jury to decide. ALL I've done is point out the hypocrisy of people in this thread when it comes to defending one person's right to a fair trial while at the same time rejecting that of another.

This is the first I've heard of this. So, I just googled around and found footage of the 'incident', on CBS. Well, what that MSM network's hacks describe as "Stomped on her head" CLEARLY would have been described by any rational, impartial journalist as "pressed with moderate force on her shoulder". That blatant media lie, in the face of clear video evidence contradicting the lie, has me wondering about the parts of the story we're not being told. The woman was being restrained in much the same manner the Police use to restrain people. One only has to wonder what the woman did before the cameras arrived, to elicit such treatment.
And she's hardly a "young girl". She's twentysomething, and a full-grown woman (some might even say an overgrown woman). 'Young Girl' is a term one would use for someone below the age of 12.
But then, that seems to be the Mainstream Media's mission, now: to demonize Whites, Conservatives (particularly Social Conservatives), and Christians (particularly Protestants), while glorifying their enemies, through lies and distortions. I'm none of the above: but I'd much rather inhabit a country run by those groups the MSM is trying to destroy, than to live in a place dominated by... their opposites.

Really now, maybe you should watch the video with glasses on, does this look like a shoulder to you?

Actually, the foot started on the shoulder, slipped along with the sweatshirt down to the neck, and then was placed back firmly on the shoulder. At no time was there a "head stomp" in the above linked video.
Get some glasses.
