I've been looking around and can't find exactly what I'm looking for.
What would this have done exactly? How would the money have been spent? What age limits is it wanting to enforce and how? From what I found it's not just talking about the USA but WORLDWIDE so I'm confused about the details and what anyone was going to actually do if it passed.
so wait, liberals complain that the US sticks its nose in other countries affairs way too much, and then turns around and wants to make legislation to stick our noses in the affairs of other countries?

Odd, isn't it? This also goes against their ardent support of Islam. I thought we weren't supposed to be concerned with the cultural and religious practices of other countries?
Who are these people, what planet do they live on? More to the point, who voted for them?
I have a question, how does the United States through a bill here in the USA force social and cultural change in lets say Iran, Afghanistan, Russia, China and so forth?
Our Presidents don't even have the b@lls to bring up China's pollution much less this kind of problem.
What does this bill do that will make these changes, because if something can really change across the world by these bills then can't we have them write a bill telling Islam to quit beating women, cutting heads off and homicide bombing in the name of Allah? Just saying.
What specifically does the bill do?
Is there money going out with this we need to follow (follow the money)?
Would it be a waste of time and all the money we don't have?
