WHY not link to KLEIN'S actual words rather than the enormously biased "The Blaze"? Klein said the Constitution is over 100 years old and confusing, AND who knows how it will be interpreted by the United States Supreme Court at any moment. And THAT'S TRUE. He also said that many scholars of good faith disagree on its interpretation, which is also true.
