The government needs to get out of forcing these type of regulations and also needs to quit subsidizing farmers, oil companies, and the myriad of other commodities that it meddles with in the economy.

So true! It ALSO is high time the govt puts a STOP to the lie that the oil industry has been perpetrating since the late 1800's that oil, which is really abiotic and replenishes itself, "is a fossil fuel" which it is not. It is just a story the industry decided to use to justify charging more money for oil.
