Lamborn wastes no time re-introducing bill to strip NPR funding | The Spot

It's called "austerity measures".

Yes..CUTS is a 4 letter word to liberals.

What is it with liberals that they feel such disdain and hatred of the American taxpayer that they force them to pay for their unconstitutional whims? All federal funding for NPR and PBS should be terminated immediately.

Defunding NPR?
The money being spent to fund NPR can be used to pay down the deficit so future generations wont be as burdened.
Why do you hate the children?

1. This is not being done for austerity, it's being done for ideological purposes.

2. "Penny-wise and pound foolish" describes the RW quite well.

I'm not a "Repub" or a "Demorat", but I think everyone supports honest news and educational programming.

But many of us don't see that as a government responsibility. I don't want my government spending money on the arts in any way, and certainly not funding what some people might call "honest news".

I suspect that you support NPR because it is aligned with your political views......

Spending my tax dollars to help brainwash people is bad for the country. Maybe you "got it now".
