You are saying they should sell to a questionable buyer beyond the legal issue.

Fine, so long as it 'evolves' via the mechanism provided in the thing itself, i.e. by amendment.

I neither said nor implied anything of the kind.

Actually, no , unless by amendment the meantings written do not "evolve" into anything other than as originally written. There are certain truths and rights which are absolute. They are not the government's to grant or remove but instead their validity affirmed within the Constitution.

Most of the illegal guns are from legal gun purchases then sold on the black market.

tell me something?

how are you going to make me register any of my firearms at all?

Gun registry does not harm responsible gun owners in any way shape or form, the purpose would be to target irresponsible gun owners who sell their legally purchased guns and make them responsible if they are used in a crime. Not having the registry protects the irresponsible gun owners.

I asked once, will ask again.

how are you going to get me or millions of other gun owners/voters to register their firearms?

As I said previously perhaps it can be grandfathered in. All future gun purchases would need to go through an automatic registration during the background check or something along those lines.

To suggest what happened in Nazi Germany will happen in the U.S is conspiracy theory.
