Yes ... especially the IPCC and the Climate Unit at East Anglia ... right?

How about you stop reading the fraudulent tripe that says warm = cold ?

It doesn't get much more nonsensical.

...and once again another poster that is not embarrassed to show ignorance and lack of intellectual curiosity.

In different parts of the world, there have been various weather events that at first thought would question global warming. For example, some regions have experienced extremely cold winters (sometimes record-breaking), while others have experienced heavy rain, etc.

The confusion that sometimes arises is the difference between climate change and weather patterns. Weather patterns describe short term events, while climate change is a longer process that affects the weather. A warming planet is actually consistent with increasing cold, increasing rain and other extremes, as an overall warmer planet changes weather patterns everywhere at all times of the year.

Assuming the existence of global warming (whether or not you believe it's just a part of the planet's natural cycles), I doubt it "hits" one specific country to the exclusion of any others. So the idea that global warming could just "hit" Mexico--but somehow manage to steer clear of any other countries in the American continents--is kind of silly.

Too much for you to comprehend? Try reading a bit...it does the brain good.

It seems that whenever there are a few weeks of colder-than-normal temperatures, people say, “There is no such thing as global warming, it’s freezing outside!” This is a common misconception, however. A few weeks of cold weather does not negate global warming because there are several complex factors involved. Some areas of the U.S. had record breaking snowstorms and cold temperatures this past winter. Does this mean that the Earth’s temperatures are actually entering a cooling trend? No, it means that there are climate variations at work on the global scale. Two climate variations were contributing factors to this past winter’s cold temperatures: the El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO) and the Arctic Oscillation (AO).

Unless one understands the difference between "Climate and "Weather", they should cease commenting on the subject.

BTW...
The year 2010 is turning out to be the warmest ever in recorded history

And what I find hilarious, is what you find as disproof for "global warming", I find as proof for "climate change", which is all what global warming really is. Name just got changed because political pundits kept twisting the "warming" part and took it literally.

No, a new term was added because many were too stupid to comprehend that "Global Warming" did not mean that every region would be getting hotter and that the warming of the planet has varied effects in various places...DUH!

That too.

But, that's what research is for. But hey, political pundits know WAY more than scientists, amirite?
