Zero tolerance is the result of liberal knee-jerk reactions. First they try to chemically castrate children with Ritalin, and if that does not work, they send grade-school children to prison. All in the name of
"political correctness" and "for the sake of our children." Liberals will not tolerate anything that disrupts their insidious indoctrination of the children.

I'm pretty sure Texas did invent this behavior considering they have more white supremacists than any other state and they were the last state to outlaw slavery. Let's be real: they hate equality and fairness.
