Which further adds to the factor that something was going down that the United States Government REALLY doesn't want full disclosure on.

Pakistan's Foreign Office had initially declared that Raymond did not enjoy diplomatic immunity. A couple of petitions have also been filed against his diplomatic status and his possible handing-over to the US by the Lahore High Court.

The fact that he killed two people that might have been associated with the ISI which is arguably one the most powerful organizations in the Pakistani government means that all bets are off in terms of not having diplomatic immunity revoked.

Where are you getting this from?

From what I read diplomatic immunity is 100%. Of course spying is illegal but where is it that it effects one's diplomatic status?

Also on another note the Guardian can confirm http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011...cia?CMP=twt_gu

those 2 shot were likely bandits...not Pakistan intelligence and the guy that shot them was a CIA employee likely out on a recon mission. The CIA duo that ran over and killed a Pedestrian rushing to the scene left the country to avoid prosecution.

I have no sympathy for these guys whatsoever but do hope the rule of law is upheld on both sides.....

Of course though, the US would never admit they were spying. Pakistan is the one who will likely do the right thing here...That's how corrupt the US is today.
