Either you 1) trust and believe Hilary (and now she's denounced the birther issue) or 2) you just can't think of a better excuse to back up something dumb than to say Hilary brought it up first. I love a good laugh, and I just got one.

You have a strange way of reading things....he quoted exactly what he was replying to and made his point quite clearly.

In reply to the OP accusing the GOP of "coming up with" the Birther idea, he pointed-out quite accurately that it was Hillary Clinton's camp that "came up with" the original allegation.

Where you get anything about anyone justifying it is beyond me???

Thanks for the outburst, I can’t imagine a better example of why moderates are running away from extremists like this. Next week they’ll be back to calling him a fascist…

Official or not, "Right Wing Crazies" did not "come up with it."

And she denounced it pretty quickly after she brought it up. My point was that if you're going to throw Hilary Clinton in the mix (because I know the far right just LOVES her) and use her as a justification for hanging on to the birther thing, then acknowledge that she admitted she was wrong. You can't claim that you got the idea from her and that she started it, and then just conveniently forget that she admitted there was nothing to it. That's why I'm laughing.

I don't think you have a point. When somebody challenges you on the birther thing, you start referring to Hilary Clinton starting it. She admitted there was nothing to it. If you're going to quote Hilary, then tell the entire truth, and not just the parts of it that conveniently fit.

Unless...that is...you're admitting that you don't think there's anything to it either, but it's good political fun to throw out BS?

Refer to the OP and review my answer.
(Mebbie you can find someone to explain it to you.)

And your point? I can't stand Hilary Clinton, and I never voted for her husband. What she did with the birther thing was inexcusable. Moderates ARE running away from this kind of stuff on BOTH SIDES because they're sick of it. I know I am.
