Federal Charges??? Show me what federal law these doctors broke!
I've always wondered, what it is in the RW mind set, that makes them think they are the Judge of all things? Amusingly sad, probably very frustrating and stressful, when realizing they have no such power. Hey, I know where they can get a note!
I will be contacting the Wisconsin Board of Medicine on Monday to voice my concern.

You can make light of doctors handing out medical excuses without having examined a patient consistent with the medical standard of care but it truly is unethical and warrants a sanction and fine.
Doctors are human and they can get caught up in the passion of their politics. I am sure these doctors did not even realize what they are doing is wrong. They assume that since they are doctors they can write a note. They forget about the whole documentation requirement.
