Two Tennessee lawmakers have introduced a bill that would make following the Islamic code of ethics known as Shariah law a felony punishable by 15 years in prison. The bill exempts the peaceful practice of Islam, according to the Tennessean, but it labels following Shariah “treasonous,” claiming that those who do so want to replace US laws with religious ones.

I wish they would ban that damn bible and those huge butt-ugly mega churches too. If I have to hear the "good news" about how a hippie carpenter who got executed by the Romans 2000 years ago needs to "save" me I'll flip a gourd.

Normally I'd agree. After all we have a Constitution that preempts and overrules any competing form of law, right?
But progressives have been so successful at undermining and disregarding the Constitution, that I have to wonder.

I going to ask my state to outlaw ghosts which is about as pressing an issue as outlawing Sharia.
