The girl isn't a victim, she was a willing partisipant, and it was probably her idea..!!. She deserves the same punishment the guys do..!

What are you talking about? No body gets away with a slap on the wrist. Just look at the reaction of people on this forum. It's practically a lynch mob. Even if the convict gets out of prison after serving what is usually a long prison sentence, they have a lifetime of being a registered sex offender. That controls where they can live, where they can work, and will ban them from all normal social activites for life.
But on a more serious note. I dont understand how can an eleven year old agree to ride with them. Unless....

You assume the girl was physically immature. Precocious puberty is very common in African Americans. No injuries were reported, so it may not have happened as you say.
I go back to my original comment. There is more to the story than a clear-cut case of gang rape.

I am really amazed at some of the Posts on here going soft on this incident.
We are really talking about a very young child.. Just because in poor communities accross the world very young people are engaging in sex is NOT RELEVANT (AND outside of very few incidents what percentage of 11 years olds are having consentual intercourse with each other? very few I imagine). I mean there are 5 year olds being pimped out in some places but again.. what is the relevancy?
An 11 year old..... A 17 year old.. need I say more.. 17 year knows better, and should be sent to prison for a very loing time..
Dont forget if this was forcible rape and the victim was moved from one place to another we are also talking about kidnapping..

First time with 11-13? I feel so bad for this girl, and the ones on here who can justify the monsterous actions of these older males. I am glad I don't live near there. I am also glad I don't think this is normal.
I am apalled, by these people who make excuses for the males. They are animals, it is all so sad.
