Then he should weight in of the budget issue, the situation in the Middle East, how to make America energy independent, how to improve the quality of schools for grade K-12 or any number of issues that will have far more long term benefit for the American people.

You won't get any argument from me on that. I'm really not sure why he has chosen this particular thing to focus on, but I do believe he will report honestly on what he finds, even if it makes him look foolish.
