so HC475, you are trying to make the claim that the republicans are the ones authorizing the attacks on libya, despite the fact that only the president can order our military into combat? congress does control the purse strings, and can end funding for the effort AFTER 90 days if the president cannot make a good case to continue war funding(something you democrats really need to learn, rather than just complain about war spending).
