One thing about that table that is unclear is that the taxing structure varies from country to country - i.e., the deductions and credits we receive here vs. Australia or Norway are likely very different.

I personally think everyone's taxes should go up, and if you pay no taxes for some reason, then (a) you should pay something and (b) you should NOT be getting money from the government. I find it ridiculous that money is sent to people who pay no taxes.

Our government has proven that they can't handle the taxes they get right now, so I'm not for giving them more of our money. If they can't handle a budget on the trillions they get, then they can work for free until they learn.

I honestly wouldn't have an issue with paying a bit more in taxes....but if the increase is not used to reduce the debt...why should I? The spendocrats in Washington will just spend whatever I pay....and more. Why raise taxes? Income isn't the issue.
