Well, our governemnt has never really worked. I hate how there's republicans, dems, etc. And they seem to hate eachother lol

Maybe we should copy other parts of the world that succeed with their type of government.

Waste of my time. My vote is 1/xillionth of the total. How many hours does person have to spend learning, really learning and understanding what they are voting on? Also, should a person vote on what is best for the country (or state or county or whatever) OR should they vote for what is best for them?
And since when does popular vote mean anything for the presidential election?

Besides, it's simply a lot easier to let Oprah or Bono or Springsteen figure out who I should vote for.

When/if they start to mandate that everyone in the United States be implanted with an RFID chip for "Obamacare" is when I will revolt and rebel! Hopefully by then it wont be too late.

Most of the world is run by tin horned dictators. I dont think we want that. Our goverment is getting more and more involved in our lives everyday. The American way is to diminish goverments involvement in our lives. Our founding fathers would want us to be more individualistic, less reliant on goverment and to favor state power vs federal power. We are on a path to totalitarianism, look at how many people want the goverment to manage thier retirement (social security), take care of them when they get sick (Obama care), and look after them when they fall on hard times (welfare). Everytime we treat goverment as our daddy who is going to bale us out when we get into trouble, daddy also ask for more controll over our lives. The cost of daddys help is to high. Just because the rest of the world took this path does not mean we need to here in America. We are better than that. The only revolution we may need in the near future is to undo all the socialism that has been implimented in the recent years.

We are too coddled and lazy to revolt. If revolution could be done without Americans needing to leave their house and cause them to miss the latest American Idol or Glee, then maybe it would happen.

The masses of America have been made docile. Why revolt against the government that puts food on your table via welfare programs? For that same matter, the government also employs millions of us, if even indirectly... which also "provides" for us. Why revolt against businesses that allow us to purchase what we want through easy credit?

We do not need to rebel against our government but against the big business, Petroleum industry and financiers that control the government though political contributions and bribes. We do need to revolt against a political system that requires a person to have wealth just to play. We need to revolt against a system that makes 99% of us start on square one while the heirs of the real wealth start three squares from the finish line.

We need several revolts, not just one against the government.

Perhaps it would be wiser to stage a counter-revolution to the People's Democratic Socialist Republic of America. That would only require a withdrawal of consent from voluntary servitude (FICA), as well as a demand upon the public servants to end the State of Emergency that has been in place since 1933.
Senate Report 93-549
War and Emergency Powers Acts
" A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years (of the report 1933-1973), freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency."
In addition, it might be helpful for a majority of subjects (in the democracy) to withdraw consent and restore themselves to the republican form (no connection with the Republican party) of government.
GOVERNMENT (Republican Form of Government)- One in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and are exercised by the people ... directly ...
- - - Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, P. 695
Yes, folks, that's what you're about to lose ... the only government on this planet that recognized that the people were superior to it. Where each sovereign individual directly exercised sovereignty. Where sovereigns did not go "begging" for scraps tossed from the table of "Big Brother". (i.e.,"entitlements")

Of course, it would help to realize that
(a) we've been under a state of emergency for over 77 years,
(b) dollar bills are not dollars,
(c) the public debt can never be repaid,
(d) FICA/ SocSec is 100% voluntary - voluntary servitude, and
(e) the validity of the public debt cannot be questioned - even when it is insane.
References:
a) Emergency Powers Statutes, Senate Report SR 93-549, November 19, 1973

b) Title 12 USC Sec. 411, Coinage Act of 1792
"Dollar bill" is a promise to pay a dollar - on demand. That promise was repudiated in 1933 (See House Joint Resolution 192, 1933). Also the bankruptcy was the trigger for the "State of Emergency".

c) Pursuant to the Coinage Act of 1792, et seq., 14 trillion dollar debt computes to 700 billion ounces gold. World supply is only 5.3 billion ounces. Where's the gold lent to the US to substantiate the debt? (Congress has power to coin money (stamp bullion) or borrow money. It has no power to make money. If it did, why would it need the power to borrow money?)

d) No law compels participation - nor is there any law that punishes any one who does not participate - it is entirely voluntary.

e) see: sec.4, 14th amendment, USCON

It helps to read law, instead of relying upon the spin from the world's greatest propaganda ministry. Try it yourself - at any county courthouse law library.
Be safe - wear knee pads! You may find yourself falling to your knees, and weeping when you see what you have lost.
