The only big problem the UN has is that it is headquartered in New York, it should be relocated to a neutral country...
I would suggest Las Vegas. The UN could build an extravagant building (neon lights!), open a casino and hire international entertainment acts. After a day of stressful diplomatic negotiating many UN delegates could find comfort in the legal brothels, which is great for business.
She is absolutely correct. It seems that many Americans are confusing elections with a football match. All that does is split society and make the losers sabotage the winners till the next match, sorry, election.

They will be in the Desert , similar to the natural habitat of many delegates.
I thnik that its more to do with how most view people whoi ran up debt and bought homes they could afford. many liberals live i a dream world because they lack the abilty to do things themselves they want.Not all but it is a magnet for the free things type.
For every nut or nitwit on the left I can point to one on the right, neither side has a monopoly on stupid, the Birthers along with the Beckheads, Dittoheads and Palin Sheeple are ample proof that the right has just many issues with people losing touch with reality as the left does.

As for the UN proposal,I think it is taking their fight to save the planet too far and ridiculous in the extreme, that said I do agree we need to stop destroying the planet for our own temporary gains and money, we are not the owners only the caretakers.

You understand don't you (but then maybe you don't) that corporations are people joined together for a common purpose. That is why they are treated as a person for legal purposes. Same way with labor unions, or any other corporate form of association.
This is typical of the eco-wacko environmentalists, the animal-rights nuts, and all the other Gaia worshipers. I was first introduced to the "Gaia Theory" in a game called "Sim Earth" (by the makers of "Sim City" and all the other "Sim" games). In short, these 'scientists' believe the Earth can be considered a living entity in that it reacts, over a long perion of time, to any changes introduced into its environment. Its paganism plain and simple. These nut jobs believe in the Earth goddess Gaia, from which the theory gets its name. To them, humans are a plague that is polluting the Earth with our pressence and they think the population needs to be culled every once in a while. That is why they support policies that kill millions of people, such as banning DDT which has resulted in the deaths of millions of Africans to preventable diseases.
Exactly, polluting and destroying the Earth is no different from reliving yourself in your own food and corporations have been doing that to us for years. It hasn't hurt me in any way unless you consider how I and other Americans are curiously satisfied with ingesting crap.
