You're missing the point. The data shows that the people that are rich now are richer than the people that were rich in the past. What it also shows is that those people are not the same people.

Yeah some great heroes. A lying corporate puppet and a man who allowed thousands of pedophile Priests to "serve the Lord" under his watch and likely contributed to a massive cover up. Those are some people to envy.

It was not under Bush that 13 people i know of, lost jobs and homes. Under Obama. Two as recent as last month, and by the way the one middle aged man was a bus driver for over 25 years, how do you think he now feels. Depressed, not Bush Obama. Say what you may, Obama is too very responsible for this mess we are now in.

Wonder if you are in the mortgage business or banking? Can't be Wall Street since they are still cashing in. A lot of dishonest people made lots of money during the Bush regime.

The poor are not getting poorer, the average person has a better standard of living than they did 20, 30 or 100 years ago. While the very wealthy may have prospered more the poor have prospered too. Get it?

I should note that in recent years I'm sure that is not the case but this is hopefully just blip and we'll return to good economic times.

The Republicans ran the economy into a massive disaster.

They accept no responsibility and now want to blame Obama because his magic wand has not repaired their mess...yet.

It took the Repubs many years of failed 'Rich people first and here is the scraps' Republican policies
to create our income and ownership inequality.

Now they lie, deny, and twist facts, to hide the reality that their actions created the havoc.

That ought to make them seem to be extremely qualified to regain political power, particularly if you happen to be very well off.

If you are ignorant enough to believe anything they say, or to believe that they represent normal working people, then vote for them.

If not, get and keep them out for good.

Now lets resume arguing about who has what and why.

Take your blinders off man. If you think it's only Republican policy that put us into this mess you're being naive.

Dems do some really stupid things from time to time.

They get off message and bow to the Repubs.

So, I agree, they are also partially to blame.
