On what he would offer Palestinians for peace: "Nothing. Because I'm not convinced that the Palestinians are really interested in peace. If the Palestinians come to the table with Israel, with a genuine offer that the two of them can sit down and negotiate the United States would, in fact, try to facilitate that discussion."
Good for him.
The same basic sentiment of a willingness to deal has been available since 1948.
So far? None of those genuine offers have shown up.
So there will never be peace in Isreal under Cain.
There will never be peace there if we give Hamas what Obama offered the other day either. Well that is until all the Israelis are killed and the Muslims have control of Israel, that is.
good for mr cain. until such time as the arab world decides to live in peace with israel, there will never be peace in the middle east. the land for peace deal has been pushed many times over the decades, and each time the israelis gave up land, the arab world attacked them. appeasement has not ever, will not now, nor will it ever work when one side is bent on the destruction of the other side.
I disagree. Send the Palestinians one more life raft, make them blow their own air into it and tell them they must put their entire civil fortune into it. If it sinks, they go with it.
Yawn, another republican not interested in peace or compromise.
