Nor has he ever worked in an OB unit of a hospital. Doctors do not work 7 days a week. They have days off during the week, as well as on weekends. The BC has to wait until the delivering doctor is around to sign it. Then the mom has to sign it.
I believe the birth certificate requires the mother's signature. There is never a question who the mother is at delivery.
It really doesn't even matter at this point. Obama is more than half-way through his term. Don't worry about it. It seems that he will be his own worst enemy.
Right, we are conspiring to make up conspiracy's so we can sleep better at night!
"Left of center?" He was promoted as the most liberal Senator in Congress - that's why the fools voted for him - to get all that free stuff he would divy up. You can wait til pigs fly, he's giving it away to other countries, and his buddies like GE, union thugs, and jihadists. You will be stuck with the bill, just like the rest of us. Hope you aren't retiring soon, the gov't needs your paycheck.
Be sure and send him a nice fat check for his campaign, his lawyers have cost a fortune fighting to block all those eligibility lawsuits. Bribes don't come cheap.
I keep hearing about this "fortune" being spent to fight the disclosure of his birth certificate, yet no one ever produces a credible link to any proof this money has really been spent. All the actions taken by the birthers have been thrown out of the courts before any hearings have taken place. Please share 'em if you got 'em. World.News Daily and The Blaze need not apply.
Why is it that you guys always leap to the idiotic assertion that "if it wasn't true, somebody would sue?"
This might be true if it were a serious news outlet making the claims, or a journalist with any pretense of respectability. But nobody sues mere nut-jobs. To get a libel decision you must not just prove that the information was false, but that the person doing the libeling knew the information was false and maliciously spread it anyway.
Nut jobs have a built in defense from libel claims... they actually believe their nut-jobbery.
Wrong ... nope ... no cigar for you.
How to prove libel
There are several ways a person must go about proving that libel has taken place. For example, in the United States, the person first must prove:
1) that the statement was false.
2) that the statement caused harm.
3) that the libelous act was made without adequate research into the truthfulness of the statement. These steps are for an ordinary citizen.
In the case of a celebrity or public official trying to prove libel, they must prove the first three steps, and must (in the United States) prove the statement was made with the intent to do harm.
But as you can see .... it doesn't matter whether the slanderer actually believes their slander is true ... it just has to be proved that they didn't adequately research their subject matter enough to know better.
Kinda like what you are guilty of on a wide variety of topics.

Getting all those cases thrown out costs big bucks. If I look it up for you, it reflects the money that was paid to his team of lawyers. You will say that doesn't prove he spent it defending these cases. So I won't bother. I can't prove that the money was spent hiding his birth certificate for 3 years, but it was money provided to the lawfirm.
I came across something interesting today. It's kinda off topic, but related. Ruth Nidesand - Metapedia
Also found that he paid 14 cows, dowry, for his first wife in Kenya.

Well, if people consistently leap to idiotic assertions, Occam's razor does suggest a certain hypothesis...
